ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain productivity and efficiency of the production line
• Uphold quality standards for fill heights, cap torques, and appearance of final product
• Set up production line every morning
• Ensure machinery operates correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Perform tank changes and product changes
• Wash out lines and filler
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area
• Work in a safe and courteous manner while abiding by the Company’s safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work with employees to understand any problems or concerns with machinery
• Workflows change frequently, and you may need to quickly adapt to new circumstances or
juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance and assist in major repairs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience with machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective leadership ability
• Mechanically inclined
• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting preferred
Pay rate: $20 to $23
