Recruiter / Dispatcher – Environmental Staffing

📍 Baltimore, MD

Paragon Staffing is expanding into the Baltimore market and is seeking a driven Recruiter / Dispatcher to support our Environmental & Industrial Staffing operations.

This is a key role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching field personnel for environmental projects including emergency response, tank cleanings, confined space work, and industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard field employees (HAZWOPER, general labor, skilled trades)

• Dispatch employees to active job sites across Baltimore and surrounding regions

• Coordinate daily field operations, schedules, and last-minute coverage

• Maintain constant communication with field staff and clients

• Track attendance, call-outs, and job status updates

• Ensure all workers meet compliance requirements (OSHA 40, confined space, PPE, etc.)

• Assist with building a strong local workforce and database of qualified candidates

• Support account managers with job order fulfillment and client needs

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or dispatching (environmental or industrial preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Experience with field service or labor coordination is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Familiarity with OSHA / safety certifications is a plus
