Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for qualified production workers to join our team!

This position consists of but is not limited to, working with others to manually unload raw materials into batches and functions associated with the manufacturing of beverage formulation.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment.
• Perform a number of duties, including operating machines, packaging products, using manual labor, and performing quality control activities.
• Inspect finished products in accordance to standards of quality, weight specifications and presentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality and GMPs.
• May perform labor tasks or general cleaning tasks as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production-related environment
• Math and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to read, understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
• Experience with basic computer operation
• Ability to work as a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary range:  $18.00 hourly

Job shift: 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.
