Inventory Control:
 Gather and analyze data concerning the reconciliation of physical inventory, cycle counts, and
shipping errors.
 Conduct physical inventories
 Conduct daily cycle counts
 Investigate customer claims of overages/shortages
 Review stock availability
 Prioritize projects based on dates needed by
 Update status reports
 Manage schedules
 Monitor emails/communicate with customers
 Print labels
 Work closely with Customer Service
 Run weekly/monthly hold damage reports and reconcile.
 Coordinate and control all hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with Customer
Service Manager.
