Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple industrial client sites

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job site supervisors

• Oversee a team of recruiters and on-site coordinators

• Drive growth by identifying new staffing opportunities in the region

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and labor laws

• Handle client concerns quickly and professionally

• Monitor worker performance and retention metrics

• Deliver weekly reports to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial staffing or high-volume staffing

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel locally to client sites

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• OSHA knowledge or experience working with HAZWOPER or industrial environments is a plus
