Compensation:
$16/hr. to $19/hr.

Key Duties
- Set up and operate wire machines to produce high-precision components.
- Load and unload workpieces, install and align tooling, and perform necessary machine adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production.
- Calculate wire cut lengths, fitting requirements and select appropriate equipment to produce all varieties of wire.
- Manufacture lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Inspect lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
- Accurately tagging every wire reel that is produced – factory order tag, scrap tag, hold tag, etc.
- Previous experience working in a wire manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Must be flexible with work tasks
- Sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
