Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door, and referrals to establish a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and challenges.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that address clients' needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of the warehouse and light industrial sectors, including knowledge of staffing trends and challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
