Paragon Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our client base within the industrial and light industrial sectors.

Experience in the staffing industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client visits

• Sell industrial staffing solutions to warehouses (distribution centers & manufacturing facilities)

• Build and manage strong client relationships by understanding workforce needs and delivering results

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing sales is a must

• Strong understanding of industrial and light industrial environments

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
