A machine operator assistant helps machine operators by performing various tasks, such as:

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Setting up machines
Loading raw materials
Monitoring machine operations
Performing routine maintenance
Assisting the line operator in the running of the production line
Clearing minor jams
Reacting to minor stops
Being a partner during changeover
Taking care of all the necessary paperwork

Other responsibilities may include:

Ensuring stock is available at the station to run machines
Lifting, positioning, and removing work pieces from machines
Loading, stacking, and transporting stock and work in process
Watching the condition of the product being produced
Measuring and checking parts for compliance
Cleaning work areas, machines, tools, and equipment
Filling out production reports and labeling product

SHIFT AVAILABILITY
First shift : 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr.
