Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and organized Staffing Manager to lead our New Brunswick operations. This role blends leadership, recruiting, and sales — ideal for someone ready to train and supervise staff while also growing client relationships and driving new business. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day staffing efforts and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and support recruiters and on-site staffing personnel.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for temporary, contract, and direct hire roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Actively generate new business through sales outreach, cold calls, and site visits.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
Ensure job orders are filled efficiently with qualified candidates.
Track key performance indicators such as fill rate, retention, and client satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal processes.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development.
Previous experience supervising staff and leading a team.
Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ATS and CRM software.
Familiarity with New Jersey employment laws preferred.
